Wall Street will Make You Rich

No matter what your income is, aim to sock away 20% of your pay every paycheck and invest it in stocks.  My wealth manger likes small caps at the moment.   I leave investing up to the experts, so I buy mutual funds.  Regular investing will make you rich.

According to the 401K calculator at Bankrate, if you invest $18,000 a year for 25 years, at a reasonable return of 5%, you will have $1 million.  So, if you are 30 years old right now, and you max out your 401k, you will be a millionaire 55 year-old.

Merry Christmas
